The HR division is headed by Emily Dean, an HR Specialist with significant HR generalist experience gained both in-house at a commercial law firm and subsequently as an HR Consultant. Her in-house role included legal and business support recruitment, graduate recruitment and assessment centres, trainee solicitor development, business planning, business change, integration of HR into the business strategy, reward and retention, learning and development and special projects e.g. ISO 9001 and Investors in People
